How class works
Each class is one hour long, but dogs are not expected to work nonstop. Most dogs train well for about 15-25 minutes at a time, and puppies usually need even shorter windows.
First focus
I explain what we are working on, how to do it, and the common mistakes to avoid. Then we practice while I coach each team.
Reset
Dogs get water, sniff, settle, and reset. While they break, I introduce and demonstrate the next skill.
Second round
We do another short practice session with feedback, keeping the work fun and clear. All the while, dogs are learning to stay calmer, more neutral, and more focused on you around park distractions.

Small groups, practical reps, and patient coaching from someone training dogs where the skills have to hold up.

Simple, real-world training you can keep using at home.

Beginner Basics
Beginner Basics is designed as a three-class series. You can still sign up for just one class, but all three together give your dog the cleanest progression.
Learn how to reward the moments your dog checks in, reset before pulling turns into a fight, and make walks feel more predictable.
Build engagement, clean resets, and starter heeling patterns so your dog can come back to you mentally instead of scanning everything else.
Practice recall as a repeatable game, not a one-time command, with rewards and movement that make coming back worth it.

Private Training
Send a private lesson request, and Mitchell will call within 24 hours to schedule.
A plan for your dog, your goals, your neighborhood, and the situations that keep repeating.
Hands-on coaching for timing, leash handling, rewards, body language, and repeatable practice.
Missed private lessons require at least 24 hours advance cancellation.
Private puppy coaching
Raise your puppy right from the beginning.
An 8-week private coaching program with a clear roadmap from puppy chaos to a well-mannered companion.
